What kinds of logos can I put on my Christmas socks?

To create your perfect pair of custom holiday socks, email us a .jpg or .pdf file of your desired logo for review by our sock specialists. Please indicate the style and size of sock you want your logo on. Keep in mind that our knitting process uses larger needles than embroidery, resulting in a cozy, pixelated stitch pattern. While this makes for durable Christmas socks, simpler logos and text work best since designs are knitted directly into the sock. For intricate photos or logos, consider ordering printed socks, where we print your design directly onto a blank cotton sock, ensuring it looks festive and fabulous even when stretched!

How do I know what size holiday socks to order?

Will my custom Christmas socks shrink or fade after washing?

At Custom Sock Shop, we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, durable holiday socks! While knitted socks may shrink slightly, our special acrylic blend ensures that colors and logos remain vibrant, standing up to the test of time (and holiday laundry). Our cotton blend used in dress socks offers the best durability and lifespan for your custom socks. However, please note that printed socks may fade and shrink more quickly after washing, so be sure to treat them with care!

Is there a minimum order for custom holiday socks?

Great news for your holiday gifting needs! Our printed socks have no minimum order requirement—order just one pair or a dozen! For custom knitted socks (standard, athletic, & dress), the minimum order is 15 pairs of the same color(s) and size. You don’t need to order in increments of 15, so feel free to mix it up! Plus, enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $250!

How quickly will I receive my custom Christmas sock order?

We understand that holiday gifting can be hectic, so we offer fast shipping for your custom sock orders! Our standard processing time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) after art approval, plus transit time. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, but we may use other delivery services as needed. For international orders, please contact us for shipping estimates. Just a reminder: your sock order won’t be processed until all artwork is submitted and approved, so our specialists will reach out for verification before confirming your order.

Can I rush my custom sock order for the holidays?

Absolutely! If you need your custom Christmas socks in a hurry, we offer rush orders that ship within 5 business days after art approval for a one-time fee of $100. To select rush delivery, just check the ‘Rush Delivery’ option at checkout. Please note that rush orders may not be available during peak holiday seasons, so for any questions, feel free to contact us at sales@customsockshop.com!
